We’ve been taking our 4-legged children to St Francis Animal Hospital over 6 years. The entire team is supportive, compassionate, and friendly. Dr. Houde in particular, treats my cats like her own. She’s shared tears, joy, hugs, and love in the extreme highs and heartbreaking lows of pet parenthood. We don’t trust just anyone to care for our kids. I’m so thankful for St Francis and Dr. Houde!

What an outstanding Vet Hospital. We had a very ill 17yo domestic cat that required St Francis’s help. Dr. Finan, Jacob (vet tech), Jeannie and Chrissy could not have been more accommodating, thorough, compassionate and caring. While we lost our old girl, the St Francis team made our decision simple, and they were comforting throughout the procedure. If you’re looking for a vet facility that really cares about you and your pet’s quality of life, St Francis is the place for you.

Started bringing my rescue pup to Saint Francis over a year ago when we relocated to the area. The entire staff have been wonderful! Great well care and offer vet tech appointments for nail trims and other routine care not requiring the vet. I also use their online prescription services to have meds shipped directly to my home. Hopefully, we never have an emergency, but am confident in this team if we ever need anything beyond well-care.

Our large Collie had surgery and post care. The care and support during and after the surgery was excellent. From the front desk personnel, vet aides and doctors, they loved on us and our pets. Would definitely recommend their service to those seeking a vet. And the price was reasonable:)

Great service as always. Trish made the entire visit seamless. And Dr. Swanda is always professional and pleasant. Our Havadoodle is five now and he has been their patient from the time we first received him at 8 weeks of age. Thank you!

I called St Francis last Friday morning to make an appointment for my dog. Over the course of 24 hours, she was not eating, drinking, very lethargic and just not acting right. An appt was made for that afternoon but within 10 minutes they called back. After the receptionist spoke with the doctor, she wanted to see our dog right away. We spent almost 5 hours there, while the vet and staff did what the could for our girl. The entire staff was so kind, offering us food, drinks, even a blanket! After consulting with specialists, it was determined that our dog was critical and needed emergency vet care, including a blood transfusion, which cannot be done at this location. They set up a referral for CVETS in Columbia, SC. and we made the drive over. CVETS had been expecting us and kept our dog in their ICU for 4 days. They took great care of her, all while keeping me, and St Francis, up to date on what was happening. If not for the care, compassion and urgency from the staff at St Francis, I am certain our dog would not have survived the weekend.
